10. Free Zone Enterprise Status

Tradenet Investment LTD operates as a licensed Free Zone Enterprise. Certain transactions conducted through the Free Zone are subject to specific regulations under the Ghana Free Zones Act, 1995 (Act 504) and related legislation. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice in relation to Free Zone laws or regulations. Parties entering into trade relationships with Tradenet are advised to obtain independent legal advice.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tradenet Investment LTD with respect to your use of this website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
